English: Three members of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) - Edouard Chapusiat (left), Jacques Chenevière (second from left), and Martin Bodmer (right) - with an unidentified man in the centre, possibly the Baron de Geer, at the headquarters of the ICRC in Geneva, Switzerland, during the presentation of a vase donated to the ICRC by Henriette Baroness de Geer, a grand-daughter of General Guillaume-Henri Duffour. The ICRC co-founder received it in 1869 as a present from Prussian King Frederic William I. The photo is undated, but probably from the late 1940s or early 1950s. |
