Object history
Deutsch: Seit 1925 galt das Wappen von Arnold Schick als Gemeindewappen (in Gelb zwei gekreuzte Wolfseisen). Schick war der Held der Schlacht von St. Jakob an der Birs und stammte aus Sisikon. Vor dem Ausbruch des Zweiten Weltkrieges war man jedoch der Ansicht, dass die beiden Hauszeichen zu stark einem Hakenkreuz glichen. Man wählte deshalb die Tells-Kapelle als neues Sujet für das Gemeindewappen.
