Зображення морфології поверхні поруватого оксиду індію являє собою фотографію, зроблену на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 у збільшенні в 1000 разів. English: Photomicrograph of cubic indium oxide. The cubic indium oxide layers were formed on the surface of single-crystal indium phosphide by electrochemical etching. Photos of nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. These structures can be used as material for the creation of supersensitive sensors. |
