Español: En la parte superior tiene una corona, que identifica la cultura indígena, la cual representa nuestro pueblo Kamentsá, comunidad indígena de indudable importancia para establecer la identidad de nuestra comunidad.
• En los costados están dos franjas representadas con los colores de la bandera del Municipio de Sibundoy. • En la parte superior de las franjas, aparecen los colibrís, aves muy conocidas y de mucha simbología para este lugar, representando la flora y la fauna del Municipio. • En la parte inferior una cinta ondeante donde se describe nuestro municipio resaltando nuestra mayor cualidad, la cultura. El ovalo central está dividido en cuatro secciones que muestran iconografía que representa aspectos importantes del Municipio: Sección superior: La catedral icono del patrimonio arquitectónico del municipio, rodeada por los ríos y montañas, que representan nuestro patrimonio natural. Sección derecha: representación que refiere al trabajo y productividad con la cual se mueve la economía del municipio. Agricultura (maíz, frijol ganadería). Sección izquierda: identidad como capital cultural del departamento del Putumayo Sección central: apretón de manos unión de nuestro pueblo kamentsá con los demás pueblos hermanos.
