Français : Canal de Bourgogne à Créancey, Côte-d'Or, Bourgogne, France. La « tranchée de Créancey », juste avant le tunnel-canal dit "voûte du canal de Bourgogne" où le canal atteint son point le plus haut et passe la ligne de partage des eaux entre Seine et Rhône. Vue vers le nord-nord-ouest ; l'entrée du canal est devant, après le tournant du canal.
English: Canal of Burgondy at Créancey, Côte-d'Or, Bourgogne, France. The "tranchée de Créancey" ("Créancey Trench"), thus called because the canal here is deep-dug so as to avoid having to build more locks. Just around the bend ahead starts the 3.3 km-long tunnel where the canal reaches its highest point and crosses the dividing line between the Seine basin and the Rhône basin. |
