En poezio, strofo estas ĉiu el la egalmezuraj, sam-aranĝaj kaj same rimitaj dividoj de poemo (lirika aŭ ne). Ekzemple terceto. Soneto ne estas precize strofo sed kombino de strofoj. Romanco estas serio nedifinita de versoj, do ankaŭ ne propre strofo.
