Geographie
Die rund 20 km südlich von Soissons an der Départementsstraße D83 gelegene Gemeinde erstreckt sich im Norden bis zum Bach Ru des Gorgeats und im Süden bis zum Ru de Pudeval, der von Norden dem Ourcq zufließt. Zu Billy gehören die Gehöfte La Fontaine Alix, Grumilly, Géroménil und Édrolles. Nachbargemeinden sind Saint-Rémy-Blanzy im Norden, Oulchy-la-Ville im Osten, Rozet-Saint-Albin im Süden und Chouy im Westen.
