Deutsch: Die Gemeinde ist am 1. Oktober 1974 durch Vereinigung von Bösingen und Herrenzimmern entstanden. In das Gemeindewappen sollten die Wappen beider Ortsteile möglichst unverändert übernommen werden. Die ehemalige Gemeinde Bösingen führte seit 1933 das Wappenbild (Pferderumpf) aus dem Siegel des Berthold von Justingen (1331) im Gemeindewappen. Die Herren von Justingen besaßen im 14. und zu Beginn des 15. Jahrhunderts die Ortsherrschaft. Das der Gemeinde Herrenzimmern 1939 verliehene Wappen (Löwe mit Hellebarde) ist das der Herren von Zimmern, die seit dem 11. Jahrhundert auf der Burg Herrenzimmern nachgewiesen sind und die Ortsherrschaft bis 1513 ausübten. Um ein ausgewogenes Bild zu erzielen, wurden die Hellebarde zur Schildteilung eingesetzt und der Pferderumpf nach links gewendet. Wappen und Flagge wurden am 10. März 1989 vom Landratsamt Rottweil verliehen. |
