English: The front cover of the facsimile edition of Vianok by Maksim Bahdanovič, 1914.
The author or the picture of the front cover is not stated in the original edition. Vaclaw Lastowski (1883 - 1938) writes in his memories that this picture for the edition was taken from his collection and made by one of the students of Štyhlicaŭskaja school in 1905, whose name Lastowski can't remember in his memories [1]be. According to this the work is considered to be published anonymously more than 50 years ago and is in the public domain according to Belarusian Copyright Law.

Аўтар выявы на пярэдняй вокладцы не пазначаны ў арыгінальным выданьні. Вацлаў Ластоўскі (1883—1938) піша ў сваіх успамінах, што выяву для выданьня ён пазычыў з сваёй калекцыі, а зрабіў яе адзін з вучняў Штыгліцаўскай школы, чыйго прозьвішча ён ня памятае [2]. На гэтай падставе твор можна лічыць апублікаваным ананімна больш за 50 гадоў таму, на падставе чаго ў адпаведнасьці з Законам Рэспублікі Беларусь аб аўтарскім праве твор знаходзіцца ў грамадзкай уласнасьці. |
