Zentralbild Großmann 30.8.1968 Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben: Schichtwechsel im Chemiefaserkombinat. Zu einem der größten Chemiefaserproduzenten Europas entwickelt sich das CFK Guben. Auf rund das Vierfache werden die Werktätigen des Kombinats die Produktion synthetischer Seide bis 1970 gegenüber dem Vorjahr steigern.
