Deutsch: Zur Zeit des ersten Weltkrieges wurden von Städten, Gemeinden und privaten Unternehmen eigenes Geld in Umlauf gebracht, um den Mangel an staatlichen Geldes auf Grund einer Inflation entgegen zu wirken. Dieses Geld wurde jedoch nur regional begrenzt akzeptiert.
Auch die Gemeinde Gangelt lies 1921 eigenes Geld im Wert von 25 Pfennig bis eine Mark drucken. Die Rückseite verzierten Motive aus der Geschichte Gangelts. |
