Description
Українська: Картопляний крохмаль (оптичний мікроскоп, поляризоване світло, збільшення 100Х). При дослідженні під мікроскопом з використанням суміші рівних об’ємів гліцерину та дистильованої води, картопляний крохмаль у вигляді прозорих, безбарвних гранул неправильної, яйцеподібної або грушоподібної форми, як правило, від 30 мкм до 100 мкм, але іноді перевищують 100 мкм, або округлі, від 10 мкм до 35 мкм. Крохмальні гранули проявляють характерні темні хрести у поляризованому світлі.
English: Potato starch under an optical microscope (polarized light, magnification 100Х). Examined under a microscope using a mixture of equal volumes of glycerol and distilled water, potato starch presents transparent, colorless granules, either irregularly shaped, ovoid or pear-shaped, usually 30 μm to 100 μm in size but occasionally exceeding 100 μm, or rounded, 10 μm to 35 μm in size. Starch granules exhibit characteristic dark crosses in polarized light.
