首都大区
首都區域（丹麥語：）是丹麥五个大區之一，2007年1月1日由原來的哥本哈根市镇、腓特烈斯贝市镇、哥本哈根郡、腓特烈堡郡和博恩霍爾姆大区市镇合併而成。下分29个市镇。

面積2,561平方公里，2008年人口1,645,825人。行政中心为希勒勒。
