Thomas Fraser

Thomas Richard Fraser (1841–1920) oli brittiläinen lääkäri ja farmakologi. Hänet tunnetaan etenkin kalabarpapujen kemiaan liittyvistä tutkimuksistaan.

Fraser opiskeli Edinburghin yliopistossa ja valmistui tohtoriksi 1862. Hän toimi 1869 lääketieteen apulaisprofessorina RIE:ssä (Edinburgh Royal Infirmary). Vuonna 1877 hän oli jäsenenä arktisessa retkikunnassa ja myöhemmin samana vuonna hänet nimitettiin lääketieteen professoriksi Edinburghin yliopistossa. Vuonna 1880 hänet nimitettiin lääketieteellisen tiedekunnan dekaaniksi.
