EP sisältää studioversion Dead Embryonic Cells, Cover-Version Dead Kennedys Drug Me:sta ja 3 kappaletta Under Siege- Kotivideosta.[2] Third World Posse nauhoitettiin ja julkaistiin vuonna 1992. Sepultura oli pari viikkoa lomalla kiertueesta, milloin Third World Posse nauhoitettiin.
