The Last Supper on Belphegorin ensimmäinen täyspitkä albumi. Se kuulostaa tyyliltään enemmän death metallilta, toisin kuin seuraavat albumit Supperin jälkeen, sekä kansikuva on sensuroitu joissain kopioissa. Levy julkaistiin uudestaan erilaisella kansikuvalla vuonna 1999 lisämateriaalin kera, ja vuonna 2004 Blutsabbathin kanssa kaksoislevynä.
