The Bleeding on yhtyeen Cannibal Corpse neljäs studioalbumi. Se on yhtyeen viimeinen, jolla on mukana alkuperäinen laulaja Chris Barnes ja se on ensimmäinen jolla on mukana kitaristi Rob Barrett, joka oli mukana ennen yhtyeessä Malevolent Creation. Metal Blade Records julkaisi albumin vuonna 1994. Remasteroitu versio albumista sisältää uuden kansikuvan, bonusraidan ("The Exorcist", cover Possessedin kappaleesta) ja musiikkivideon kappaleeseen "Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead".
