Pennywise
Pennywise on yhdysvaltalainen punk rock -yhtye, joka perustettiin vuonna 1988 Hermosa Beachissa, Kaliforniassa. Perustajajäseniä olivat laulaja Jim Lindberg, kitaristi Fletcher Dragge, rumpali Byron McMackin ja basisti Jason Thirsk. Vuonna 1996 basisti Thirsk erosi yhtyeestä taistellakseen alkoholismiaan vastaan. Vieroitus sujui odotetusti, mutta retkahdettuaan Thirsk teki itsemurhan ampumalla itseään rintaan. Pennywise on nimetty Stephen Kingin romaanissa Se esiintyvän tappajaklovnin mukaan. Yhtye on julkaissut 11 studioalbumia.
