On Thorns I Lay on kreikkalainen heavy metal -yhtye. Se perustettiin vuonna 1992 Ateenassa nimellä "Phlebotomy". Yhtye sai uransa alkuvaiheissa vaikutteita enimmäkseen doom metallista ja sittemmin goottimetallista.
