Moottoripyöräilyn Amerikan Grand Prix on ratamoottoripyöräilyn MM-sarjan osakilpailu, joka on ajettu vuodesta 2013 Circuit of the Americasilla Texasissa. Kilpailu oli MotoGP-kauden 2013 kolmas Yhdysvalloissa ajettava osakilpailu Indianapoliksen ja Laguna Secan kilpailujen lisäksi.
