Manhattan Community District 5

Manhattan Community District 5 on New Yorkin Manhattanin saaren hallinnollinen osa-alue (Community District), joka käytännössä kattaa Midtownin bisneskeskittymän. Se ulottuu Keskuspuiston eteläreunalle asti.

Vuonna 2000 alueella asui 44 028 henkeä. Sen väkiluku oli kymmenessä vuodessa kasvanut hiukan. Asukkaista 72.3 % laskettiin "white non-hispanic" -ryhmään, eli valkoisiin, joilla ei ole latinalaisamerikkalaista taustaa. Ulkoimailla syntyneitä on 25.3 % asukkaista, suurin osa heistä on kotoisin Aasiasta.[1]
