I’m a Mess on yhdysvaltalaislaulaja Bebe Rexhan kappale hänen "Expectations"-debyyttistudioalbumiltaan. Sen julkaisi Warner Bros. Records albumin ensimmäisenä singlenä 15. kesäkuuta 2018,[2] jota ennen kappale oli tosin varhaisjulkaistu Yhdysvaltain radiokanavilla.[3] Kappaleen ovat tuottaneet Jussifer ja Devon Corey. Artistin mukaan kappale kertoo epätäydellisyyksien ja epävarmuuksien juhlistamisesta.[4]
