Hot Chocolate on brittiläinen yhtye joka on perustettu vuonna 1969. Alun perin nimi oli The Hot Chocolate Band. Siihen kuuluvat Errol Brown, Larry Ferguson, Tony Wilson, Brian Saterwhite, Ian King, Tony Connor, Patrick Olive, Harvey Hinsley, Greg Bannis, Steve Beast, Andy Smith ja Fil Straughan. Yhtyeen tunnetuin kappale on ollut "You sexy thing", joka julkaistiin vuonna 1975.
