Hospital Records on lontoolainen indielevy-yhtiö, joka on keskittynyt Drum’n’bass-genreen. Yhtiön perusti Tony Colman (London Elektricity) ja Chris Goss. Hospital Records on julkaissut muun muassa seuraavien artistien musiikkia: High Contrast, Netsky, London Elektricity, Danny Byrd, Camo & Krooked, Logistics, Nu:Tone, Metrik sekä suomalainen Muffler.
