Hard Drive Laibachin sivuprojektin 300 000 V.K.:n kolmas albumi. Levyn kannessa toiseksi tekijäksi on merkitty Bill Gates, jonka puhetta voi kuulla levyn yhdeksännessä kappaleessa. Levyn musiikki on H-D teknoa; H-D tulee sanoista Hard Drive ja Historical-Dialectical (kiintolevy ja historiallisen dialektinen). Levyllä on yksitoista kappaletta, vaikka levyn kannessa mainitaan vain kymmenen. Nimellä Fresh Window on ilmestynyt musiikkivideo, jonka musiikki on levyn yhdenneltätoista raidalta.
