Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show oli newjerseyläinen countryrockyhtye, joka vuonna 1975 lyhensi nimekseen Dr. Hook. Yhtyeen laulajat olivat Ray Sawyer ja Dennis Lacorriere. Yhtye oli aktiivinen vuosina 1967–1985.
Yhtyeen tunnetuimmat kappaleet ovat Sylvia's Mother ja The Cover of the Rolling Stone. Kappaleet on tehnyt Shel Silverstein, joka ei ollut yhtyeen varsinainen jäsen.
