Diagnoosi: Murha (eng. Diagnosis: Murder) on yhdysvaltalainen komediallinen rikossarja vuosilta 1993–2001. Sarja kertoo losangelesilaisen keskussairaalan lääkäristä Mark Sloanista, joka tutkii murha-arvoituksia joihin hän törmää joko työssään, poliisietsivänä toimivan poikansa kautta tai aivan sattumalta. Juoni

Mark Sloan on töissä lääkärinä Los Angelesin keskussairaalassa. Hän törmää murhatapauksiin useimmiten poikansa Steve Sloanin kautta, joka toimii poliisina Los Angelesissa. Mark Sloan törmää toki murhatapauksiin myös sattumalta. Yleensä apuun rientävät tohtorit Amanda Bentley ja Jesse Travis. He ovat Steven ja Markin hyviä ja läheisimpiä ystäviä. He auttavat joskus jopa murhien ratkonnassa. Sarjassa nähdään myös vierailevia tähtiä kuten Chad Michael Murray ja Ben Matlock.
