David Gauthier
David Gauthier (s. 1932 Toronto) on kanadalainen filosofi, joka on keskittynyt moraalifilosofiaan. Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten uushobbesilaisesta yhteiskuntasopimusteoriasta teoksessaan Morals by Agreement (1986). Etiikan lisäksi hän on tutkinut muun muassa poliittisen filosofian historiaa ja taloudellisen rationaalisuuden perusteita.
