Umami
Umamia (japonieraz: うま味; zaporetsu) oinarrizko bost zaporeetako bat da (besteak garratza, gazia, mingotsa, gozoa dira).[1][2] Zapore onekotzat deskribatzen da, eta salden eta haragien ezaugarri da.[3][4]
