Sundako katu lehoinabarra (Prionailurus javanensis) Sonda uharteetako (Java, Bali, Borneo eta Sumatra) eta Filipinetako katu basati espezie autoktonoa da. Prionailurus generoaren parte da, eta Asia hegoalde eta hego-ekialdeko katu lehoinabarrarekiko (Prionailurus bengalensis) espezie desberdindua.[1][2][3]
