Perilinfa hezurrezko labirintoa eta mintzezko labirintoa bereizten dituen likidoa da, osaeraz likido zefalorrakideoaren antzekoa.[1] Perilinfaren katioi nagusia sodioa da, eta sodio eta potasio kontzentrazioaren balioak perilinfean 138 mM eta 6,9 mM dira, hurrenez hurren.[2] Domenico Cotugnoren omenez, Cotunniusen likido edo liquor cotunnii ere esaten zaio.
