Peter BEYER (naskiĝis la 9-an de majo 1952) estas germana profesoro pri ĉelbiologio en la Fakultato de Biologio de la Universitato de Frajburgo. Li estas konata ĉefe kiel kuninventinto de la orkolora rizo, kun Ingo Potrykus de la Federacia Instituto pri Teknologio (ETH), Zuriko, Svisio. Pro tio li ricevis diversajn premiojn.
