Geografie
Villers-lès-Nancy liegt im Ballungszentrum südwestlich von Nancy. Nachbargemeinden sind Laxou im Norden, Nancy im Nordosten, Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy im Südosten, Chavigny im Süden und Chaligny im Westen.
