Geografie
Montfaucon liegt etwa 14 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Avignon an der Rhône. Umgeben wird Montfaucon von den Nachbargemeinden Caderousse im Norden, Orange im Osten und Nordosten, Roquemaure im Südosten, Saint-Geniès-de-Comolas im Süden sowie Laudun-l’Ardoise im Nordwesten.
