Iolkos (altgriechisch Ἰωλκός Iōlkós) ist eine antike Stadt im griechischen Thessalien (heute Volos).

Von Iolkos aus soll der Legende nach Iason mit den Argonauten aufgebrochen sein, um das Goldene Vlies zu rauben.
