যিহূদীয়-খ্রীষ্টীয়[1] (হিব্রু ভাষায়: המסורת היהודית-נוצרית‎; আরবি: التراث اليهودي المسيحي‎‎; ইংরেজি: Judeo-Christian) পরিভাষাটি খ্রিস্টধর্ম ও ইহুদিধর্মকে একত্রে শ্রেণিবদ্ধ করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়, হয় ইহুদিধর্ম থেকে খ্রিস্টধর্মের উৎপত্তি প্রসঙ্গে, উভয় ধর্মের বাইবেলের সাধারণ ব্যবহার অথবা উভয় ধর্মের মধ্যে উপলব্ধ সমান্তরালতা বা অভিন্নতা ও শেয়ারকৃত মূল্যবোধের কারণে।[lower-alpha 1][3]

“যিহূদীয়-খ্রীষ্টীয়” শব্দটি প্রথম ১৯শ শতকে ইহুদিদের খ্রিস্টধর্মে ধর্মান্তরিত করার শব্দ হিসাবে আবির্ভূত হয়েছিল। জার্মান Judenchristlich (যিহূদী খ্রীষ্টান) শব্দটি ফ্রিডরিখ নিৎশে ইহুদি ও খ্রিস্টান বিশ্বের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির মধ্যে ধারাবাহিকতা বর্ণনা করতে ব্যবহার করেছিলেন।[4][5]

স্নায়ুযুদ্ধের সময় এই শব্দটি মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে কমিউনিজমের বিপরীতে অবিচ্ছিন্ন আমেরিকান পরিচয়ের ইঙ্গিত দেওয়ার জন্য ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছিল। ধর্মতত্ত্ববিদ ও লেখক আর্থার এ. কোহেন তার ‘দ্য মিথ অব দ্য জুডেও-ক্রিশ্চিয়ান ট্র‍্যাডিশন’ গ্রন্থে যিহূদীয়-খ্রীষ্টীয় ধারণাটির ধর্মতাত্ত্বিক বৈধতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তুলেছেন, তিনি দাবি করেছেন যে এটি মূলত আমেরিকান রাজনীতির একটি আবিষ্কার ছিল।[6]

এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত পরিভাষা “অব্রাহামীয় ধর্মের” মধ্যে ইহুদিধর্ম ও খ্রিস্টধর্ম ছাড়াও ইসলাম, দ্রুজ, বাহাই ধর্ম ও অন্যান্য ধর্ম অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে।[7][8]
