পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগ

পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগ তথা কম্পিউটারের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগ বলতে দুই বা ততোধিক বৈদ্যুতিন (ইলেকট্রনীয়) যন্ত্র ব্যবহার করে সম্পাদিত যেকোনও মানুষে মানুষে যোগাযোগ প্রক্রিয়াকে বোঝায়।[1] একে ইংরেজিতে "কম্পিউটার-মিডিয়েটেড কমিউনিকেশন" (Computer-mediated communication, CMC) বলে। ঐতিহ্যগতভাবে এই পরিভাষাটি দিয়ে পরিগণকের (কম্পিউটারের) মধ্যস্থতা বাস্তবায়নকারী প্রযুক্তির বিভিন্ন রূপভেদ যেমন তাৎক্ষণিক বার্তাবিনিময়, বৈদ্যুতিন ডাক (ইমেইল), চ্যাটকক্ষ, আন্তর্জাল আলোচনাচক্র (অনলাইন ফোরাম), সামাজিক যোগাযোগ সেবা, ইত্যাদি বোঝালেও এগুলিকে অন্যান্য পাঠ্য-ভিত্তিক ভাববিনিময় যেমন মুঠোফোনে খুদে বার্তা বিনিময় বোঝাতেও ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।[2] পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগের উপরে গবেষণাগুলি প্রধানত ভিন্ন ভিন্ন পরিগণকীয় যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তির সামাজিক প্রভাবের উপরে দৃষ্টি নিবদ্ধ করেছে। সাম্প্রতিককালের গবেষণাগুলির মূল বিষয় হল আন্তর্জালভিত্তিক সামাজিক সম্পর্কজাল তৈরি, যেগুলি বিভিন্ন সামাজিক সফটওয়্যার দ্বারা সমর্থিত।

রূপভেদ

পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগকে দুইটি রূপে ভাগ করা যায়: সংকালিক (একই সময়ে ঘটমান) ও অসংকালিক (পৃথক সময়ে ঘটমান)। পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় সংকালিক যোগাযোগ বলতে বাস্তব সময়ে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে যে যোগাযোগ ঘটে, তাকে নির্দেশ করা হয়। সব পক্ষ একই সময়ে যোগাযোগে লিপ্ত হয়; তবে তাদের একই ভৌগোলিক অবস্থানে থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।[3] সংকালিক যোগাযোগের একটি উদাহরণ হল আন্তর্জালের মাধ্যমে ভিডিও আলাপ। অন্যদিকে অসংকালিক যোগাযোগ বলতে যখন সব পক্ষ একযোগে যোগাযোগে লিপ্ত হয় না, সেই ব্যাপারটিকে বোঝায়। অন্য ভাষায় প্রেরক গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে তাৎক্ষণিক কোনও প্রত্যুত্তর লাভ করে না। পরিগণকের মধ্যস্থতায় যোগাযোগের সিংহভাগ রূপভেদই অসংকালিক প্রকৃতির।[3] অসংকালিক যোগাযোগের মধ্যে আছে খুদে বার্তাবিনিময় ও বৈদ্যুতিন ডাক (ইমেইল)।
