গ্যাস্ট্রিন (ইংরেজি: Gastrin) হল একধরনের পেপটাইড হরমোন যা পাকস্থলীর প্যারাইটাল কোষ থেকে গ্যাস্ট্রিক অ্যাসিড(HCl) ক্ষরণকে উদ্দীপ্ত করে ও পাকস্থলীর নড়নচড়ন বৃদ্ধি করে। এটি পাকস্থলীর পাইলোরিক অ্যানট্রাম, ডুওডেনাম ও অগ্ন্যাশয় নামক অঙ্গের G কোষ থেকে ক্ষরিত হয়।[1]
