খাজা
খাজা হলো ময়দা, চিনি, ঘি বা ডালডা দিয়ে তৈরি এক প্রকার মিষ্টি খাবার যা বাংলাদেশ এবং পূর্ব ভারতের বিহার, উড়িষ্যা এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গে খুবই জনপ্রিয়।[1][2]
