উদায়িভদ্দক (পালি: उदायिभद्दक) বা উদয়ভদ্দ (পালি: उदयभद्द) বা উদয়ভদ্র (সংস্কৃত: उदयभद्र) হর্য্যঙ্ক রাজবংশের রাজা ছিলেন, যিনি ৪৬০ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দ থেকে ৪৪৪ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দ পর্যন্ত মগধ শাসন করেন।

উদায়িভদ্দক মগধের শাসক অজাতশত্রু ও তার পত্নী বজিরার পুত্র ছিলেন।[1][1][2] ৪৬০ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দে তিনি তার পিতাকে হত্যা করে সিংহাসনে আরোহণ করেন ও পরবর্তী ষোল বছর মগধ শাসন করেন। ৪৪৪ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দে তার পুত্র অণুরুদ্ধক তাকে হত্যা করেন।
