Medusandraceae ye'l nome d'una familia d'anxospermes. Esta familia consiste nun únicu xéneru Medusandra. La so especie más conocida ye Medusandra richardsiana, árbol tropical d'África.

El sistema APG II, de 2003 nun reconoz esta familia y dexa'l xéneru Medusandra ensin asignar como una familia o grupu. El sistema de clasificación APG III, del 2009, tampoco reconoz a esta familia y asigna a Medusandra a la familia Peridiscaceae.^[1]
