L'Archonias brassolis ye una especie de caparina, de la familia de les piérides, que foi descrita orixinalmente col nome de Papilio brassolis, por Fabricius, en 1776, a partir d'exemplares procedentes de Surinam. [1]

Distribución

L'Archonias brassolis ta distribuyida ente les rexones neotropical y neártica, y foi reportada en 15 países. Lepidoptera and some other life forms. [2][3][4]

Plantes güespedes

Les canesbes d'A. brassolis aliméntense de plantes de les families Brassicaceae y Loranthaceae. Ente les plantes güespedes reportaes atópense Drypetes gerrardii, Drypetes ugandensis y especies ensin identificar del xéneru Phyllanthus.[5][6]
