حزب الحريه و العداله حزب مستقل بالاسم، اسسه الاخوان المسلمين فى مصر سنة 2011 بعد ثورة مصر سنة 2011 و دخل مرشحه محمد مرسى انتخابات رياسة مصر سنة 2012 و كسبها و بقا رئيس مصر يوم 30 يونيه 2012. حزب الحريه والعداله حزب مصرى تأسس يوم 6 يونيو 2011 ، ذو مرجعيه اسلاميه، ويتبنى أيدولوجية السياسة الاسلاميه، نابع من جماعه الاخوان المسلمين .
