በፍቼ በተደረገ ጥናት፣ የቅጠሉ ለጥፍ በቅቤ ለቁስል ወይም ለችፌ ያክማል፤ የቅጠሉም ጢስ ዝምብን ለመከልከል ይጠቅማል።[1]
