Perseus-Pegasus-filament

Die Perseus-Pegasus-filament is ’n galaktiese filament wat die Perseus-Pisces-superswerm bevat en sowat ’n miljard ligjare lank is. Dit lê langs die Pisces-Cetus-superswermkompleks.[1][2]

Ontdekking

Die Perseus-Pegasus-filament is in 1985 deur David Batuski en Jack Burns van die Nieu-Meksiko-staatsuniversiteit ontdek.[3]
