Pendoring

Die pendoring (Gymnosporia buxifolia) is 'n struik of klein boompie wat wydverspreid voorkom. Die jong takke is geel en word later ligbruin, dikwels met swelsels. Die dorings is skerp, redelik dik en is 3 –4 cm lank en kan tot 10 cm lank word. Die boom staan ook bekend as die gewone pendoring (Eng. Common spike-thorn.)
