Josef (Russies: Иосиф; ? - 15 April 1652) was die sesde Russies-Ortodokse patriarg van Moskou en die hele Rusland.

Daar is min bekend oor sy vroeë lewe. Voor sy verkiesing was hy verbonde aan die Simonof-klooster in Moskou. Nadat hy in Maart 1642 patriarg geword het, het hy ’n taamlik konserwatiewe beleid gevolg.
