Dikgobe
Dikgobe, ook bekend as izinkobe, is 'n inheemse Suid-Afrikaanse woord vir stampmielies en suikerbone wat saam gekook word.[1][2][3] Die gereg word gewoonlik bedien by Tswana-vieringe van die lewe, soos die huwelik, en dié wat die dood aandui, die vertrek uit die lewe. Vir begrafnisse is dikgobe een van die twee aanvaarbare stysels wat bedien mag word, met sorghum as die ander.[4]
